Broker/CEO
The first 9 years of my life, I was a beach kid; the second 9, I was a farm kid. I had a blast! From learning to body surf at Hermosa Beach to driving a tractor on 20 acres in Visalia, CA, I really had a great childhood. I left the farm life to attend University of California San Diego with a degree in Psychology.
After Kristin and I married in 1997, I obtained my MBA at Point Loma Nazarene University. Kristin and I have been blessed with two super smart boys. Kyle attends Grand Canyon University and Keaton is at Grossmont High School. We live in Fletcher Hills.
I am a REALTOR® and Licensed Broker as well as a Loan Officer. I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property all over San Diego County. From La Jolla to Alpine, Escondido to Otay, and even a few in South Riverside County, it is a joy to be a part of each of my client's lives as they make big life choices.
What's most important to me? Protecting my clients, acting with integrity, and maintaining complete confidentiality. It's why I work with friends over and over, and also why people I know first as clients all become friends. Business is Personal, always.

HOW IT ALL BEGAN...
Jim has been in this business for 13 years, working his way from a licensed agent to broker, then managing broker-owner of United Real Estate San Diego, and now lender too. Although he wears a lot of hats, his clients & selling real estate are his favorite. He is always looking for opportunities to grow his business... enter Jennie. Jennie barely broke ground in building her career in the event industry when she and Jim met. Real estate was honestly something new to learn, a temporary fill while she waited for the event industry to reboot post-pandemic. She never expected to fall in love with the business, or be able to carry over the majority of her skillsets into the industry.
Partering up with somone at Jim's level in the business was a rare opportunity for Jennie, and Jim had yet found someone he could trust to care for his people the same way he did. They both took a leap of faith and stuck together. The rest is history. Now, we're usually trying to out-serve each other - a good and regular competition for us!
